We all have bad days or days were we feel low in mood right?
When I woke up and the only thing I can thing of is going back to bed, I try to push myself out and rise my spirit with some little tricks.
Here are some (take notes):
- wear an amazing pair of shoes
- buy yourself some fresh flowers
- wear your favourite perfume
- don't go out without a bright lipstick
Believe me, it works!
