A few weeks ago, my best friend Samatha got married in sunny and warm Tuscany. B/f and I have spent three days sightseing, helping the bride and her family and enjoy the nice life.
To keep thing short, I'd like to share with you my wedding outfit. I was meant to splurge on a fantastic dress but as I do not have any other wedding to addend this year, I chose something I could wear again.
This is an H&M dress, with a tulip skirt and an elestic waist band. Very comfortable and light, perfect for the hot weather. I've match it with this short sleeve jacket (tupertu) with this lovely stones details and a bun. Matching sandals (C&A) and fashinator and clutch (Accessories). Perfume Dreaming by Tommy Hilfiger and Smile (mine).
Qualche settimana fa si é sposata la mia carissima amica Samantha. Un matrimonio celebrato nella bellissima e soleggiata Toscana. Paolo ed io abbiamo bighellonato 3 giorni, aiutato la sposa e la sua famiglia con gli ultimi preparativi e ci siam goduti un po' di relax.
Senza starvi a raccontare tutto, voglio farvi vedere come ero vestita alla cerimonia. Volevo puntare su un vestito grandioso, ma non avendo altri matrimoni o particolari eventi da festeggiare quest'anno ho optato per un vestito da poter riutilizzare, che con i giusti accessori potesse fare una bella figura al matrimonio.
Il vestito é di H&M, con la gonna a tulipano, cintura elastica in vita, una generosa collatura sia davanti che dietro.
Comodo e fresco, perfetto per la calura di quei giorni. Ho messo una giacca a maniche corte con pietre sul collo e al posto del bottone un fiocco (tupertu). I sandali hanno le stesse pietre della giacca (C&A), il fashinator e la borsetta sono di Accessories. Il profumo é Dreaming di Tommy Hilfiger e il sorriso é mio.

Samantha wore an amazing wedding dress from
Demetrios International. Her friend Wendy, an incredible and talented dressmaker added her personal touch. Infact the vintage veil (that belonged to Samantha's mothers) was gently cleaned and restored by Wendy. Swarovski crystals and sequins were hand sewn to emphasis the lace pattern. In addition, another layer of tulle with hand cut edging was attached at the crown to add volume and to update the style.

Samantha indossa un meraviglioso abito di Demetrios International. La sua amica Wendy, stilista e sarta talentuosa e unica ha curato personalmente il restauro del velo che apparteneva alla mama della sposa. Sono stati ripresi i ricami aggiunti a mano dei cristalli Swarowski e aggiunto un secondo velo che sottolienasse il volume e aggiungesse un tocco più moderno.
Wendy realizza o rinnova abiti di nozze ma non solo; ha lavorato per il teatro e la TV realizzando esclusivi abiti per gli spettacoli più acclamati della Gran Bretagna, visita il suo sito!
