Oh la la, I am going to Paris!

My company is helding a conference in Paris in November and I am attending a few meetings. BUT, everything will be finished by Thursday.

So, what's the point to go back to the office of Friday? No way!

My boyfriend will join me on Fri and we will spend the whole weekend (yes, Monday included) in one of the most romantic and fabulous city in the world!!

Do you know any restaurant, shop, site or anything interesting to see in Paris, aside for the most populars?

C: you may be in Fiji, but I am going to Paris...
Jamie: wanna come with me?

Milk or dark?

It is not a secret that I am a ‘chocaholic’…mad, crazy, can’t-live-without chocolate addicted!

There is a good production of chocolate in Italy and I am sure all of you my lovely readers know the ‘Bacio’ from Perugina or the world famous Nutella.

I have worked on a chocolate factory dealing with logisitc and packaging. Can’t tell you there was free chocolate in all offices and I had free entrance to production and could pick up and eat anything! Even the filling or ingredients such as almonds, halzenut, wafer, etc… [+3kg in 1 year]

But, the interesting news is the chocolate is also used in other areas as cooking all kind of dishes, for beauty theraphies and even jewels!

Every year in October there is a spectacular celebration in Perugia all dedicated to chocolate! There is even a Chocohotel that is like paradise to all chocolate lovers!
I am intrigued regarding beauty treatments…I dream of diving into a chocolate filled tub, or being massaged by a hot chocolate lotion….

An anti-depression potion for sure, a sin, a guilt, a pleasure, comfort and delightful food a partner I would say…

Have you never try a chocolate beauty treatment?

The Sartorialist

Nop! we have not yet set a wedding date. But why should I wait to start looking at wedding dresses?

How fun can this possibly be?

Here is what I am looking for:

  • nothing that look like I am wearing a meringue oris too big (I am already big)

  • maybe something that with few changes I would wear again

  • pure white for sure

  • something simple and stylish (as I want to focus on accessorises)

  • what kind of dresses did you wear for your wedding or would like to wear?

    More serious part 2

    Thursday, 23 September 2010

wow, you all got so excited by my latest post and thank you for the lovely comments and suggestions!

I have collected some more ideas (some from you!)

Would you were a pair of red shoes at work? (I have already talked about the colour red here)

Many of you were crazy about camel. yeah, it's the colour of the season (but Autumn is not arrived in Italy yet).

A colour that I love and I think suits me.

Have a look here to my recent 'business like' look at a conference

    Let me be serious now!

    Wednesday, 22 September 2010

I have a few business meeting to attend in the next weeks and an important conference in Paris.
Some shopping is required and I do not know what to buy....

Any idea, suggestion or help? if you'd like to send me an e-mail or pictures, click here.

I should be classic, but not granny style, not too sexy (male environment, they may misunderstand...).

I have a LBD and LGreyD, maybe I can wear it with a blazer and some fancy shoes? Was thinking at low-key accessories, but not too low..(!)

ehi! did I tell you that I have a bright-pink computer bag from Ikea??? I do not get unnoticed for sure...
